The plan comes from the diagnostic, not from a syllabus.
Every student gets the same twelve weeks. Almost nobody gets them in the same order. The report ranks each skill by how many points it is costing and how teachable it is, and the weeks are built from that ranking: which skills come first, how many sessions each one needs, and where the full-length tests fall so the result actually tells us something. When a gap closes early, everything behind it moves up.

What parents ask.

Online. Most students work with me online, from anywhere in the country, using the same materials and the same portal as in-person students.
In person. Available in Cranford, New Jersey. In-person sessions are held exclusively at the Cranford Public Library.
The materials, the method and the instructor are the same either way, and many families mix the two.
How long is each session?
Sessions run about an hour, scheduled weekly at a consistent time. In the final weeks before a test date we can extend or add sessions as the plan requires.
When should my student start preparing?
Work backward from the target test date: the program takes twelve weeks, so start at least three months out. For most juniors that means beginning in the fall or early winter for spring test dates.
Which test date should we target?
The first official sitting that leaves room for one retake before application deadlines. We map this out together in week two so the whole season is planned from the start.
Who does the teaching?
Luca. Every session, every week. There are no handoffs to junior tutors and no rotating staff. I build the plan and I teach it.
What if we miss a week or a session?
Tell me in advance and we reschedule within the same week where possible. The program pauses and picks up where it left off, so no week of the plan is lost.
Is sophomore year too early?
For the formal 12-week program, usually yes. Junior year is the sweet spot. But sophomores with foundation gaps in algebra or reading benefit enormously from course tutoring first, so the prep program starts from strength.
What exactly does the guarantee cover?
Attend the twelve sessions and hand in the work between them. If the official score is not at least sixty points above the diagnostic baseline, or at the target score we set together in week two, whichever comes first, we keep teaching at no additional charge until it is.
Why sixty and not any improvement? Take one student on two different Saturdays with no studying in between: their score can move about sixty points by itself. A smaller rise would not show that the teaching did anything, so it is not the bar.
Near a perfect score there are not always sixty points left to win, which is why the target is the other half of the bar. A student starting at 1520 is not held to 1580 to satisfy it. We set it from where your student actually is and what the schools they are aiming at ask for, and both numbers are written down before the first session.
How much does the program cost?
Families come to me with very different arrangements: a full twelve weeks from a standing start, a student who only needs Math, one sitting away from a retake, two siblings at once. Because of that there is no single number I could post that would be right for you, so the honest way to get a real figure is to reach out and tell me what you are after. The diagnostic and the written report cost nothing either way, and you will have the quote in writing before a single session is scheduled.
